Subject for consideration........

LGOV, an 8+ year-old company which holds Xinmao Pertrochemical in China, has scheduled first big stockholders meeting for 07DEC. Management, including a new, unidentified CEO-to-be, has just returned from China and Europe round-robin tour.

The company has multiple licenses to do a number of divisions of business in China. Their claim to fame at the moment is bottled and pipeline distribution of LPG (liquified petroleum gas). 7 pipelines completed - two more under construction. Pipeline customers sign life-of-the-pipeline contracts (35+ years). Other licenses include manufacture of prefab housing, housing developments, telecommunications, and (to the best of my understanding) Internet services.

Relevant facts: China has a terrible pollution problem and has therefore outlawed wood and charcoal burning in many provinces. Deforestation by wood burners is no longer tolerable by the Chinese authorities, as erosion and construction timber availability are already threatened. LGOV's new CEO-to-be is rumored to be a Telecom/Internet Guru.

The upcoming stockholders meeting is a prerequisite to submission of financial information for full reporting status.

At 0.15+/- per share at this juncture, this issue could be considered a very interesting "stocking stuffer".

Extensive information is available for study at largovista.com.

The last time this one crossed the 13WMA (next occurence 17+/- days from now is my guess) - it went to $0.76 in three days.

RAIL...

David:

Nice upward movement in RAIL... It should meet resistance in the 8.00 to 8.50 area... If it fails to break out it could retrace back to the bottom of the trading channel in the 6.50 area...
