JHP, FYI, USPTO web site is allowing full text searches, my take was it was beta testing 11/20-11/29, I was running a patent search on a biotech stock, to my surprise I got not just a header but the whole thing. I will check out xybr, myself, my kids think the idea is fantastic, but they would use it to play games. When the giant bugs from Pluto actually attack us, we'll be thanking our lucky stars for computer games whiz kids.<g>

JHP, if you do search the patents, use xybernaut as the term in a boolean search. I think you misspelled the attorney's name. I remember seeing something about this. What I would like to see is a computer you could wear in bed, not for sexual reasons, but something to do when you are sick in bed. Sometimes it hurts too much to sit at a computer workstation. I envision Xybernaut's head set, and those funky keypads you strap to your hands. Good for disabled people, too.
