Jim,

Regarding DOV. It is showing up on the screens I run, but I'm thinking a buy price on this one needs to be somewhat lower, perhaps in the $20-$25 range. Because of this I haven't looked into it very closely yet.

Regarding Cambridge. I understand employee turnover is bad right now, and that that franchise is "melting down" as you say. But a recent analyst writeup (Morgan Stanley/Dean Witter I think) notes that CATP is still the only company of its kind having an international breadth, and that competitive advantage is still there despite the troubles. I also like the macro interconnectivity trends that favor CATP. In general I'd like to think that somebody is going to make alot of money by moving business onto the internet. CATP seems like a good bet at this point, but I am waiting for the air to clear somewhat.
