Yes, someone please verify the date of the injunction hearing. If Walmart is granted a temporary (usually 10 day) injunction that keeps Amazon from using their stolen merchandise tracking software, it could crush their fourth quarter results- they could effectively be put out of business unless they start taking and shipping orders with pencil, paper, and calculators.

Glenn I recall that an injunction hearing was scheduled for Dec. 3 on the Walmart case
against AMZN. Do you (or anyone else) know if this is still on?

The last news I heard was it is still on. AMZN requested a continuance until January but was denied by an Arkansas Judge.
