Al,

I've always thought you're level headed but I think our vision for Franklin may differ. I got excited about the Cyclone and then the Tempest. Franklin's been inspiring anyhow, but with hardware going out the door, I hated waiting for reports that confirmed our sales. Those are lines in the sand that have worn away by time.

Maybe you see the bigger picture, ie, internet telephony minutes. These lines are a little different because this is FNet money. And the income from FNet could be arbitrary until we know the terms of IPO or even the future of those shares on the books at this time.

As far as FTEL's income at this point, it's a catch-22: They don't sell more Tempests until FNet advertises and FNet doesn't dare advertise until they have more Tempests online. That being the case, this 'line in the sand' has no meaning for FTEL because our agenda is on hold.

This is not to say that we're overvalued. I'm getting very leery of value statements of any kind in this market. Value has a stranglehold on the market.
