HG: Am I right in that the stoc and rsi as leading indicators of price movement, usually turn before the price and mac as a lagging indicator speaks more to trend and is a confirmation indicator of the price turn. Gee it almost sounds like I know what I am talking about.

HG, Here is the STORSI code I have for metastock Mov((RSI(8)- LLV(RSI(8),8))
/(HHV(RSI(8),8)-(LLV(RSI(8),8))),5,E)*100 Obviously, that code would be for a 8,5 storsi. I have checked the metastock storsi plot vs. dynamic trader plot. In DT, the 3rd number at the end is an additional moving average to smooth the storsi (which is what i use in the charts i post). DT can plot the raw STORSI, but even so, either the raw or the smooth look different than the Metastock version. FWIW. Later Frank
