Well than I suggest you sit back put your feet up and wait for the 10q. When it comes out than you can put you .10 up and buy some more shares. I also know many people do not invest in otc stock unless they are a reporting company. And I figure those people are elsewhere as I type looking at stocks that fit their needs .
If you don't like the stock you don't trust the ceo. You don't like the way they do business than go look at another stock. I sure in the hell ain't keeping you here. Do you needs some help ros? Can't find a trader by yourself? I got one or two for this week. I can probably throw one your way if you are really hurting.
Here is another suggestion, if you would spend half the time you spend jumping up and down and screaming how much you don't like a stock, doing some DD on new stocks. You might find yourself a winner.

In order to beat those with Level II, I personally think now is the time for a long term investor to invest in PRWT, this way you get in before the traders, if you wait for the news which is inevitably coming, ( and quite a few, believe very soon ), you will get in after the daytraders due to the fact that they will be alerted to news through their more advanced systems, beating the average investor, buying on news to the punch all the time.
I've investigated this company quite extensively, what I have found is a AMBISIOUS CEO, and a DEDICATED MANAGEMENT TEAM
Remember this is a 5 month old (or so) company, with a ton of verifiable deals made, or in the workings.
Any good news on this company, will send this stock skyward, because a ton of daytraders will be alerted to this fact via THEIR ALERTS.
So if you want to be a savvy investor and don't have the skill or equipment to make fast trades, or if you just want a GREAT LONG TERM INVESTMENT then I feel NOW is the time to invest in PRWT.
I BELIEVE, THE WISE THING TO DO IS
BUY PRWT BEFORE THE RUSH
