No Really. The CEO is just trying to see if another Company wants this dog and he is finding that no other company wants. So I guess he is stuck holding his 31%. He does not want more or he would have been buying when the stock was $10.00 a share. He is just feeling out others to see if anyone want this dog.

I feel this price is too low. But may get done because none of the analysts that follow the stock are not behind the company at all. It's too small for them.
