Jim, The basic problem is a clear lack of leadership and a pure R&D mentality. The small investors are being taken out daily. I do believe that we will see a marked increase in the stock price, even with no news. We have some very heavy buying going on. IMHO, the deal has been cut for the short and the long term future of this company. I do not think that we will ever see a rollout under ACTV Net or the ACTV name. IMO, we will never see the full value of this company, as small share holders. Supply of this stock is starting to dry up, ACTV seems to have control of the preferred's, my bet is as part of an overall takeover plan. FMG
