America Online in talks to buy Netscape - WSJ

NEW YORK, Nov 22 (Reuters) - America Online Inc. (NYSE:AOL - news) is in
talks to buy Netscape Communications Corp. (Nasdaq:NSCP - news) in an
all-stock deal that may also involve Sun Microsystems Inc. (Nasdaq:SUNW -
news), the Wall Street Journal interactive edition reported Sunday.

value Netscape at some premium to its current market capitalization of
about $4.0 billion, people familiar with the situation told the Journal.
