ek, all this return stuff depends on when you pick your start and end points. since many stocks are at historical highs, many choose to pick their end point now and disregard normal valuations. imho, this gooses the numbers a lot... but it does make the masses feel better ;-)

To no one in particular:

Perhaps I am suddenly out of touch with current conditions, but this thread reminds of what it was like in September 1997. Communication breakdowns, misunderstandings, lots of non-factual arguments.

I really don't know what to make of it, and I certainly will not step in front of a fast moving train. How are fundamentals going to catch up with this price?
