Jeff,

.45 shares of AOL for your NSCP shares. I bought 500@38 1/4 on Friday just in case this happened this weekend. I guess I got lucky, premarket at 43 1/4, but that would assume that AOL would trade up to close to 100, so we'll see.

RMBS 79 premarket.
