dave_s, I wish I had kept the past week's worth of Dilbert calendar comics with which to reply to the article regarding re-organizing. I agree with Dilbert on this topic: re-org's are meant for management to bury bones rattling in their closets and to supress bad news. This release makes me nervous. KD
