Janice,

I've been kind of mulling something over in my head. According to the 10K for 1997, on November 10, 1998 AZNT converted the common shares to preferred shares for those people listed in the 10K. Wouldn't that seem to be a direct and willful violation of the judge's order to maintain the status quo?
