Rut is doing good; i was a little surprise that it underperform the big blue chips as well as the big techs. do you think it will continue to underperform?

HI IQ, we got 5% on NDX: stars 12% on msft, 19% sunw last week. 7% more and we will be there...<reiterate my level of 1750 on NDX> r u still maintaining 1750 or have u changed that ?????? perhaps next week. follwing stocks total to more then 50% of the index.
weekly gain: sunw 19% msft 12% wcom 7% csco 8% intel -2 % dell -0.?% orcl .02%
ibm 6% (not part of the index but i added it anyway)
