I'm sorry Freeus you said ( I might not know until the next day or even three days later when I got notice in the mail.
Freeus That's simply too much time to let you know it is not exceptional for me. I would give them hell if it takes that long to confirm an option sale.

Well at least we won't be tortured with the knowledge of having the option called several weeks earlier from the expiration date and not know about it, or to take any action if we feel that DELL is still going up and missing the boat. Perhaps as a worse case scenario, we have to declare our gains to the IRS and pick up some more at a slightly higher valuation.

In any event, it beats working (I think).
