It would be interesting to learn of the whereabouts of
the 1m shares that Pacel is trying to get back (The Fly's
post #1849) through litigation. Given the recent price
trend, I don't think it is too much of a stretch to
assume that they have been methodically dumped over the
last several weeks on the open market. This is one
subject that is never addressed on this thread. Since
Pacel has a pretty low float, this is probably not a long
term problem. However, one day Pacel will issue
financials, new contracts, news, etc and the price will
trend upwards. If there are more shares to be dumped, or
if there are other litigious circumstances elsewhere the
increase in value could be minimized. Clearly, the sells
outnumber the buys and it seems the volume of
distribution is actually greater than the (alleged)
float. Please don't misunderstand me. This is not a bash.
I bought with the intention of being long and I do feel
that Pacel's long term prospects are excellent. But this
chronic dumping is a yellow flag, at least short term.
