At those commissions I expect they can't afford many people on their staff. This would explain their being short and rude with so few people to answer all questions. I'm sure they give priority to their customers, especially during trading hours.

I'm with the Executioner right now, but I'm considering moving to MBT. Seems to be many more satisfied customers. The commission savings sure is tempting, though. You get what you pay for...

Dave, as I had said, they aren't known for their customer service.

I think, also, that only their NY office is staffed with anyone who can answer any questions, or send you out some information. The others are just a bunch of traders, and the branch assistant (clerical), if you will, as far as I know. I might be wrong, but when I visited their Boca office, that's what I confronted.

If you haven't done so already, call Arlene at their NY office. She's been extremely nice the few times I have called her.
