MBT, Executioner and JPR are my finalists (although I have a late entry Polartrading to check in to). Executioner seems to provide pretty much the same tools/features as MBT, but is just a tad more expensive. JPR is certainly cheaper, but it does concern me that they seem understaffed. Cyber is just too expensive. The charges aren't waived until you hit 100 tickets. I can't guarantee doing that in a month. 25-50 is much more manageable.
