Has anyone done any calculations on per share USAI value of
ticketmaster holding. Assuming $40?

What's the rest of USAI worth per share?

Does anyone know for SURE that the IPO is going ahead?

<<I would expect TMCS to open at $40.00>>

That would put the market cap at nearly $3 billion. I know internet stocks are getting insane valuations, but considering the ipo class b shares don't have equal voting rights as the original class a shares and that 50 of the $80 million expected to be raised going to pay off debt to USAI, can we expect that kind of valuation?

i am a little more tempered about its prospects...
