Elf, I do believe this deal can be closed. Otherwise I wouldn't still be here. I doubt they are trying to buy time to dump stock, but it has been known to happen. Jim and Hurley went to Vegas last Tuesday to take care of some more paperwork required by the lender. So they are working on it. We shall see.... Prov

WOW, The thread is actually civil......tom, darrel, prov, elf, me......What will happen next....... Elf, you had a great question and your feelings are right on the mark after our fearless leaders decision on showing us his new math...... Prov, i truly dont believe that they have issued $1,000,000+ worth of stock and diluting themselves further without putting some of that dough into their own pockets....You said recently that they did not tell you about the additional 140 million shares (Not exactly in those words)....but yet you believe them about who received those shares.....Well i dont PROV.....I believe they received the shares for back wages.....They have lied repeatedly and a leopard doesnt change their spots..... Darrell...You were right on the button.... as for curley...I mean Hurley, you should address this thread...... Issuing those shares was gutless....anyone could do that.......but you didnt even give a heads up to your biggest fan PROV....The thread deserves answers....How about it Hurley....Lets have a conference call and set the record straight.......or do you fear getting ripped a new one...... Do we have to call the transfer agent to see if you are issuing another 100 million plus....are you done yet..?...How about that buyback, that was a joke...but man, you had us all fooled that that was a possibility........Does anyone else think like i do? What about the reverse merger hurley?......I smell one coming and so do others.....I guess your not going to wait until the company is very much operational...are you?......I figure this is our next surprise....anyone else think so?.....That would actually be a good move....then you could issue yourself some more back pay in shares and get control of the company again.......
