Well, despite any assertions to the contrary, some of these shares MUST have been sold to pay for the office expenses, employees' salaries, and Jim Vellema's own salary. Obviously. Its just that they haven't taken the shares themselves through their options to hold. No wonder. Hurley has asserted that a reverse split at this point would be "ridiculous." His exact words. To me that is laughable. 440 million shares is what is "ridiculous." Only 60 million to go before the 500 million mark, from 223 million in May to 440 million soon enough....and an RS is ridiculous? What a joke. The thing is, I do not believe them when they said these shares are necessary to pay off debts. Some may have been, but not all this. No way. I suspect that they are taking this opportunity to make some quick and free cash...not to line their personal pockets, but to put the company in a better position at our (the shareholders') expense. Who knows what. Pay down debt, etc.. I do not plan on holding through a reverse split, but I will likely buy back in after the price has tanked (if the financing comes through and is legitimate). For the record, 10 to 1 is out the window IMO. Probably more like between 25 to 1 and 100 to 1. If we are lucky, they will wait 1 or 2 quarters AFTER getting the financing and starting sales before doing a RS. If we are lucky...
