Wow! Big block went by!

I think this was the handelsman stock from the sofsource transaction. (See the June quarter 10Q) In essence the company bought sofsource for $45 million using 1.6 million shares of stock. The company had control of the overhang through december of this year.

Handelsman gets $45 million under any circumstances. If TLC sold the stock and collected more than $45 million, they keep the difference.

If they sold the stock and collected less, they were obligated to make up the difference in cash.

I think the company sold the stock and will show a reduced cost of buying sofsource of about $4 million.

More importantly, the massive buyer is still out there supposedly with an appetite for well over an additional seven figures.

Next key level to test and hold will be the $32 3/8 peak closing price form earlier in the year. If we can close above that........
