Seems many on Yahoo missing the point. Move in domicile is contemplated because company is planning for life after Neuprex is approved. Neuprex, IMO, may find much larger market than some posters who ignore the sepsis implications, think.

Many U.S. corporations are registered in Delaware regardless of where they are located for tax and other motives. Many large pharmas have manufacturing plants in Puerto Rico mainly for tax purposes.

I am therefore not opposed, but will read with care the information provided.

There's only one "benefit" to doing this that I can see. Limited liability. Xoma expects to be sued.
