Mark,

I was told that these shares are already tied up.... we should run a check on posts by reasons (now will be listed as RG) to find this information.... this is what he has told me... I also specifically asked Calkins about these shares and they are locked up for the time being and are not being traded.

Mark:
The injunction that was issues by the Courts, does not allow for the transfer of the stock. This means that they cannot be sold at all. So the shares are in limbo, assuming the case is still pending.
