George, it says move is in anticipation of approval of Neuprex. I concentrate on the reason given for the move. I'm sure there are arguments on both sides but how does Xoma justify? It states CLEARLY: IN ANTICIPATION OF APPROVAL OF NEUPREX. Doesn't Xoma know of how many deaths in Meningo. trial? Weren't they just asked not to release that info to public? Wouldn't that give them a hint? When I see a bold move like this and statements of anticipatory nature, well that may not be enough for some but to me this is a no brainer on their confidence along with ramping up of employees. George, just in my opinion, but at this stage of a biotech, it doesn't get any better than this.

BLUEGREEN, another link from the same previous Bermuda site gives more information on why many choose Bermuda. Wish that GregoryP had not made the comment about something smelling. Trying to be civil to him. If someone else had said it I would have recommended taking their head out of their ass.

Seems logical to consider this move. Your post said what I was thinking. In addition, good management thinks ahead. Neuprex may never be approved, but XOMA would have egg on its' face if it waited for approval before making any decisions. For example management knows that if Neuprex is approved they will have to manufacture it. Does anyone think a company gears up for manufacturing only after approval is obtained?
