Does anyone actually know what the float is in this stock? I've been toying with the thought of buying in, but it trades like a stock that has about 20 million floating around.

"Tied up" probably doesn't mean locked up. I've seen this before with BBs. Seeking a court order for the return of shares is one thing, but while that process is being dragged through the courts the holders are not necessarily obliged to comply with the wishes of Pacel. There is no encumbrance to keep them from selling in the absence of an official ruling. If this is correct then we may be in the process of seeing the float triple.
