My reasons for HWP price deterioration are pretty simple,
1] Increased competition on all fronts = lower gross profits. This is true for all the players, but HWP is not a low cost producer.

2] Investors have better places and "sexier" stocks to put their money into.

I could go into more details, but I'll stick with the simple reasons. I might mention that I own HWP at 67 and recently sold covered calls Dec at 60 strike.
Do you think HWP could be a takeover target for anyone. I am always suspicious when these "consultants" are hired.
