Can you imagine what the reaction must have been from all the other option holders there who are working their asses off everyday to make this stock fly, and this loser, with a zillion dollars has to pick HDIE to sell. Not only is he a loser because he needs the money, but it looks terrible when the Chairman is selling. He can go to hell.

Pete's done this before. He dumped HDIE within a year of going public. He dumped another of his spin off companies, Healthdyne Technologies , right before they announced an awful quarter. Then he sold the whole company for 5 times their price! He and his cronies really seem to control the board. Maybe the new members from Hublink will help.
