Yes, he also said he hadn't heard of the litigation LOL. He is probably maintaining a Sgt.Schultz a la Hogan's Heroes Policy ("I know nothing"). It's to be expected. If it is his word vs. Calkins, I will take Calkins. He has more to lose in this than any of us. As for the increase in the float and O/S, it was expected and could have been much worse. Like I said before, despite a nice strong open to the stock...I think we are still early. Many of those who bought in at the .20, .30, .40 and higher level have sold off at a loss. Add to that the bit players who have become liquid due to having received payment in shares (financing, lawyers, PR people, etc.). Hence, you have our current predicament. It is important for Calkins to stay focused on the business side and forget about the stock side for the time being. If he can make 1999 a milestone year for Pacel, get the word out about its products, and start wrapping up some serious contracts....the price will take care of itself IMO.
