The number of shares currently outstanding is nothing like the 'could have 60 million shares issued' nor is it likely that options and warrants would add up to equal the current shares outstanding (under 30 million). Options and warrants outstanding are well out of the money at current prices and the rise in share price required to make them attractive would please all of us, so would the equity dollar contribution.
