Phil, give your head a shake. If the Bacon comes in there will be 60.5 million shares outstanding. And, that's for the opening prior to any kind of production financing. Sell before the discovery as it's only going to get worse. This deal has a management that is on its knees for money and credibility. It can only go down after the discovery. What happens if there is NO discovery? Think about that as your are counting your fantasy win, okay?
