Define ally! I know ally and have been told that he is no Al lie.

"....made in anticipation of possible future approvals and commercialization of
NEUPREX® and other products,...."

I still must read this as a decision made due to a possible event. If such an event were not possible, I doubt you would buy stock in XOMA. So nothing has changed, nothing is new. Approval of Neuprex and other drugs is a possible future event. Will such events occur? I don't know, but it is possible!

Maybe this might make things clearer. Xoma wanting to have new domicile in Bermuda puts what connotation on statement about anticipating possible approval of Neuprex? There is also possibility of Neuprex NOT getting approval so why not keep same domicile? Now in my opinion, Xoma is not anticipating that great of a possibility of non approval, they are anticipating the possibility of approval of Neuprex hence wanting change of domicile. This is the best I can do in explaining anticipating possibilities and actions proposed by parties in regard to such anticipation of certain possibilities.<g>
