George, I like those that are intrinsic good values, possible explosive growth and leading in their own niches. Those that are priced similarly to the S&P with no unique prospects, I shy away from. In general however, I believe hat the Russell will not join the Dow in making new highs here. Remember, my scenario is for a trading range over the next few years of between 5000 to 10,000 on the DOW consisting of possibly three bear markets. I expect the big one to fall apart only later in this period, but the small caps , IMHO, will register lower lows in the bear moves and lower highs in the bull moves.

George,What is your feeling on the Russel 2000 at this point?I rode Vanguards Explorer from July's low and cashed out when the Russel 2000
went over 400 about 2-3 weeks back.
