FWIW - I have been in email conversations with people close to this play. I have heard both sides as we have read in the NR and the rebuttal. I do not think we should try and read a whole lot into this except that some folks have some fundamental differences of opinion that have come public. I think the share price is suffering. I also think and hope that some resolution can be made. Hoult has a big chunk of this company. The new management has much less as they dumped - see insider reports.
