So that means there aren't many shorters. I would have been surprised if there were. I know some brokers don't allow shorting under $3.00. Are there many brokers who do? Any one know?

Cannacord crossed hey. They are the brokers who are underwriting the warrant financing so they probably were selling the block to the market in order to replace it with a block from the placement.

from the NR
"The syndicate, consisting of Canaccord Capital Corporation
and First Marathon Securities Limited,"

Make Sense? Sell what you own at a $1.00 and buy a share and 1/2 warrant for the same price. Only likely to occur when the price gets to the $1.05 area. 1/2 warrants should be worth at least 5 cents. Good deal!!! Personally, I doubt tax loss selling was the reason.

r.barbe i value your comments here. but no one in thier right mind would sell 185k shares at $1 because of tax loss season. Not when supossedly good drill results are expected in a few days.

i will look to grab some more stock if available betwwen 1 & $1.05.
