It looks like .18 held up again this morning. I was very happy to see that happen once again. We seem to have a firm base under us. Whether or not we get another rebound to 30 cents or more despite a lack of real news is anyone's guess but I would think it likely.

Regards, Jeff

So what might that "finders fee" be for? It's a pretty large chunk of options compared to just about anything the company has ever offered in a single chunk. And the strike price of 55 cents seems kind of high, given the current share price -- seems to indicate that exercise would be tied to some kind of sharp upward move in the stock price. What does it mean????

Interesting question about Blockler. It does seem strange that his web site and recommendation suddenly appeared on the very day Jeff returned with news of the lawsuit's settlement. Tends to indicate Blockler has some kind of close contact with management. Whatever it means, I think it's good.

As for the annual meeting, I'm not sure why Coffin would tell someone that it would be in December, when I believe that it is usually in late Spring or Summer. Another indication, in my opinion, that Coffin is even more inept than Lippert was....
