this is indeed welcome news.... EDGAR software is in the system at Pacel. Dave said with no question, emphatically that Pacel will be a reporting company by the end of the year * Two sales reps have been hired * 4th quarter sales still anticipated at 2.8m * Dave does look like St. Nick, just not as heavy LOL * News will be out, just be patient * Pacel has come up with another outstanding program * Great new sales lit and material Garry...thanks so much... and hahaha...I know what it's like to travel with kids in a car .... I feel for you!!

Absolutely fantastic job, Garry. Just what we needed here. The one aspect of my visit that I thought I was weak on (very weak on) was the financial aspect. I don't have the experience to converse fluently on that topic, so I didn't ask Calkins anything about his thoughts on raising capital through the market, Form 504's, whatever, et cetera. What you did was just great, and I look forward to hearing/reading the details when you're read to post them. Excellent work! Chris
