Mark, I'm waiting on some details as to what type of association they may or may not have with G.E. <<of Franklin Telecom today announced that in cooperation with GTE it has begun installation to provide ADSL service in Southern California.>> This statement from the release is one more leading impression that we have a partnership with G.E. It could be construed that of course it is obvious that since GTE is the main TELCO and FTEL happens to have an OC-24 line installed that this could be misleading as to any association that they have with GTE other than to be using their telco lines. GTE has not announced this and on the referral link given by the release to GTE it doesn't mention FNet as being part of anything. Let me remind you that we have had these types of releases in the past inferring associations with companies like USR, GTE and others and nothing came of it. I hope that there is a signed agreement with GTE but the release does not say that. (Once bitten twice shy) Santiago
