I too was surprised by this out-of-left-field entrant. Maybe I'm just out of touch, but I hadn't seen any mention of this on the JMAR thread for the last two years, nor on the CYMI thread until today.

It's all rather exciting, even if it makes the investment waters a little murky.

We do live in exciting times!

I'm surprised that I hadn't heard of this before, given its two-year development....but of course, I haven't gotten any in-depth info yet.

What a surprise if this totally derails the EUV/XRL gameplan...

Can anyone comment on the mask/reticle advantage?

I for one could use some real techie background info/comparison.
