Spots, couple questions for you...

1) Is it a BackOffice or BackOffice-Pro or Smart-Ups?

2) Is the replacement battery working fine since then (support both heavy demand PCs)?

3)What do you mean by "periodically test the unit"? Is it mean pull the plugs off? Any better way to test the efficiency of the battery?

Thanks a lot

Spots,

right on..... The main reason I have mine is for the frequent power interuptions that are very short in nature and disastorous to mental health when working during storms where the power keeps glitching. These are definitely not a substiture for backups in any way shape or form. More of a KOT device....
