The latest issue of ISIR says there are 5 more sats "suspected to be lost or badly damaged." That is in addition to the 7 already admitted failures.

O.K. Dumb question time. When is GlobalStar supposed to be active and a competitive threat? What amount of time does IRIDF have to get it together?
