Strictly speaking, I think what is due is a 10K or maybe even a 10KSB, though an SB filing would be an admission that with the number of shares outstanding that these are definitely penny shares.

But since we don't even know for sure that the merger has completed, maybe they won't file anything until it completes and they have to. If that is the case, one wonders what it is they are hiding?

In any event they are not acting responsibly.

Yeah - Yahoo must have $22 billion in assets, eBay must have $8 Billion in assets, and I'm sure Amazon.com has $11 Billion also.
