bucky89, you really think the 500/550 switches are less profitable for ASND than the 9000? Or are you saying the 9000's, absent any real competition from NN, were able to be discounted less than ASND would have had to discount the 500/550 to win that portion of the bid? In any event, I would like ASND to be able to win on price when required. Sometimes winning on price first, then figuring out how to cut manufacturing costs to keep margins up, is the right answer...
