Re. we have been through this before You make statements that you do not prove i.e. the addition of L2 cache on Mboard to Celeron will give greater performance increase than adding on die L2 cache to K6-3 . If that is so , why isn't the PII so much faster since it has up to 1M of L3 cache on the Mboard ? If you are going state the reason is half speed L2 cache that is not going to prove your point , you opened the can of worms , you prove your statements not just make them . Brian
