I don't know anything about Oaktree. Have they ever taken control of another comp.? If they have, 21.5 is getting pretty close to 25 where they have to do additonal filing. If they haven't probably nothing is going on. Having said that, I see nothing but upside either way. If they want to take it over that will serve the price well. If they are just going to be a gorilla shareholder that is good too. Keeps mgmt honest. Are you aware of any anti-shareholder(takeover) provisions in tte's bylaws? I think I am going to research Oaktree a bit. This thing looks better and better.
