I emailed CB about this last week. Response was the it clearly is an issue for company and they are looking at the various options open to them.

No one seems at all interested in the stock (except for sellers dumping it - tax loss/hope loss). We need some news NOW, at least an update on marketing intiatives, progress on Nortel front (our only hope), some DEALS - ANYTHING!! If not, pink sheets here we come. Can it get worse?????????????????????????????????????????????

Re: NASDAQ minimum price limit.

This topic came up wrt another stock that I am in the unfortunate position of owning (CICI). One poster said that the stock has to be below $1 for 5-6 months before a notice comes from NASDAQ. LANPF has a couple of months to go, if this is true. Otherwise, will we see a reverse split? What other listing criteria might we be bumping up against?
