John, you may be on to something here, but I am not interested in guessing. I do wish the Chinese all the luck in getting the parts though. These plants have never been built before and so some parts like the thermal oxidizer must be designed from scratch. I don't know how long that will actually take, but they will have to be ordered on their nickel since GRNO has no money. Usually when a number of parts must be specially designed there is always one show stopper. The news release uses the term "target date" which means they don't know either and aren't really serious about meeting that schedule. It looks like they might not have even built the assembly buildings yet. I hope all the GRNO tribe has a Happy Thanksgiving. Charles
