With a company that does not disclose its finances, there's bound to be speculation and distrust. My mentioning that last resort financing instrument was just intended as food for thought really.

The death spiral stock I mentioned is a very interesting study. I've followed it closely since I got an email from a Mr. Scott Kelly (M&A West) early in the year. A to the moon thread was started here in April. When the converter was getting really tired of holding the junk he sent a swarm of hypesters all over the Internet, especially July to September. This pump and dump was unusual in that it only pumped up buying interest, not the price. One hectic day I took the bait and bought 50,000 shares at 3 and a half cent. That day the volume was very high and at least 95% on the buy side and the price for the day went down, that's the truth it went down. I later got rid of this at a loss of 500 dollars. I was grateful for what I considered an inexpensive lesson. The stock still trades like there's a plentiful supply of both stock and suckers to buy it. I'm sure the firm Alexander, Wescott & Co. is familiar to some who read this post.

Well, every time I see non reporting companies announcing financing deals I remember that valuable lesson. I don't think there's a convertible debenture at play in PLRP otherwise I wouldn't have invested 7,000 dollars. But when there's lack of information everything must be considered.
I guess I like what I hear of Mr. Calkins and am investing mainly in him. A CEO that is an aggressive salesman seems like a good bet to me.

Many thanks once again to all who have provided valuable DD on this thread.

Baldur F.

? Maybe it's my imagination, but PLRP sometimes seems to act in a way as if the MMs have a stockpile of shares available to sell

you are correct...somebody(plurl) has been dumping shares....
