Thanks, Jon. That is quite "telling." It also looks like a good place for me to find out about the requirements for AMEX. Off the top of my head, it sounds to me as though 1) the deadline of 12/31/98 for the merger won't be met, and therefore, 2) everything reverts back to "the way it was" prior to this game!? hmmmm Bill p.s. didn't get answer to my "E" question because the response was so slow, but will look later.
